How does billing work for Premium and VIP?

Premium is $19.99 per month, $49.99 every 3 months, or $169.99 per year. VIP is $29.99 per month, $74.99 every 3 months, or $234.99 per year. You can manage or cancel through the App Store or Google Play; access continues until the current cycle ends.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or student groups?

Yes. Contact support@wakaoapp.com with details about your organisation and we’ll tailor pricing or donate licenses where possible.

Can I mix Basic and paid hosts in the same organisation?

Definitely. Team leads can assign Premium or VIP seats to power users while keeping occasional hosts on Basic. Modules and permissions follow the host’s seat type.
