OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY
Wakao Technologies Inc. ("Wakao," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. We have implemented comprehensive safety standards, reporting mechanisms, and prevention measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all users, especially minors.
Wakao does not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation, and we work actively to prevent, detect, and respond to such content and behavior on our platform.
1. AGE VERIFICATION AND RESTRICTIONS
1.1 Minimum Age Requirement
- Wakao requires all users to be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the application.
- During account registration, users must provide their date of birth to verify they meet the minimum age requirement.
- Users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Wakao application.
- We reserve the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
2.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
Wakao has a zero tolerance policy for any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
- Grooming behaviors targeting minors
- Sharing, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse content
- Any communication or activity designed to exploit minors
- Impersonation or misrepresentation as a minor for exploitative purposes
2.2 Immediate Action
Any account found to be engaged in child sexual abuse or exploitation activities will be:
- Immediately and permanently suspended
- All associated content will be removed
- Referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- All available account and device information will be preserved for law enforcement
3. CONTENT MODERATION AND DETECTION
3.1 Automated Detection Systems
Wakao employs multiple layers of automated content detection including:
- AI-powered image and video analysis to detect CSAM
- Text analysis to identify grooming language and exploitative content
- Pattern recognition for suspicious behavior
- Cross-platform hash matching against known CSAM databases
- Real-time monitoring of user interactions

4. REPORTING MECHANISMS
HOW TO REPORT CHILD SAFETY CONCERNS
If you encounter any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using one of the methods below:
4.1 In-App Reporting
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any user profile, message, or content
- Select "Report" or "Report User"
- Choose "Child Safety Concern" or "Underage User" from the reporting options
- Provide as much detail as possible about the concern
- Reports are reviewed immediately and prioritized
All child safety reports receive immediate priority handling and are reviewed within minutes, not hours.

5. RESPONSE PROCEDURES

Upon receiving a child safety report, Wakao follows this immediate response protocol:
- Immediate Review: All child safety reports are reviewed within minutes by our specialized safety team
- Content Removal: If CSAM or exploitative content is identified, it is immediately removed from our platform
- Account Suspension: Accounts involved in child exploitation are immediately and permanently suspended
- Evidence Preservation: All relevant account information, content, and communication logs are preserved for law enforcement
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We immediately report to appropriate law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies
- Follow-up Investigation: Our safety team conducts a thorough investigation to identify any additional accounts or content
5.2 Law Enforcement Cooperation
- We work closely with law enforcement agencies worldwide
- We provide all requested information and evidence to support investigations

- Relevant authorities in other jurisdictions
- Platform providers (Google, Apple) when required
