EU Labels & Markings Statement

This page is published to satisfy the optional Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) requirement for providing a public URL describing any product safety labels or regulatory markings that apply to Wakao Technologies Inc. products distributed within the European Union.

Wakao is a digital-only mobile and web application designed to help adults discover local activities, connect with real friends, and organize social outings. The service does not include any physical hardware, wearable device, or other tangible product that would fall under EU product-safety directives requiring CE, WEEE, energy-efficiency, or other physical compliance labels.

Although no product markings are required, Wakao Technologies Inc. remains committed to fulfilling all applicable obligations under the European Union Digital Services Act, including:

• Maintaining clear and accessible Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Providing effective notice-and-action mechanisms for reporting illegal content or misuse.
• Implementing child safety safeguards and abuse-prevention tooling.
• Safeguarding user data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Because Wakao does not distribute any physical goods within the EU, there are currently no safety or compliance markings to display. Should Wakao expand to include regulated hardware or other tangible products in the future, this page will be updated promptly with the relevant documentation and labels.
